Hello

I have a new D 8.3.0 site in English.
I try to add French.

I activate the 4 modules multilingual.

Now I want to add French :

unexpected error

Previous error seem not block us.
When I come back to the site, French is installed.
I succeed to update the translation and site is ok.

By why this message "The database connection is not serializable" ?
