Hi All

I really hope you will be able to help me on this issue become it makes me crazy... OK so I need to migrate my web site running under Drupal 7 to Azure web site.

1. I plan to do an export of FTP files and database export with SQL file and import it in Azure. First is it a good way or do you recommend other ways ? what is the best practice ?

2. Anyway after exporting FTP files, I at least try to see where are connection strings, and impossible to find a settings.php / config.php / default.settings.php, any file related to config is missing ! (in /sites/default or anywhere). WHY !? what can I do to retrieve connection strings ? I saw hundreds of posts when searches, what happens !?? could you explain please ?

3. In a macro view, knowing that under Azure I could create a mysql database and a web app (web app = simple apache framework running PHP, and FTP server to upload files).
What would be the best way to import databases + flat files in this new website ? what do you recommend ?

Please please I'm totally stuck, any help would be really appreciated. If you have any information about this topic, I take ! thanks a lot guys

Drupal's Dead friend. Sorry :(

Dealing with the same thing. also no help and also just screaming into the void. The whole drupal community was dealing with some sex stuff from a lead contributor and the whole association crumpled. now people like you and me are left in the dark having to convert legacy php code to newer systems like AWS/Azure/React.

Wish you all the best Friend.

Take care
