Readme.txt asks for an outdated version of both libraries

For some reason certain caged SSH environments don't play particularly well with Drush, so I went to look at the readme.txt to do things the old fashioned way, and it states that the libraries needed are very outdated (easycharts is now on 3.x and highscharts is now on 5.x)
