In the administration pages there is a list of tokens, the page load time increase.
On some servers the page is not even loaded.

The list of tokens was changed to a popup in #2595079: change to use token browser popup to improve performance on sites with large number of tokens -- does it still time out even with that?

I solved temporarily with token_tweaks module. But the problem is still to be corrected.
Your solution (I think) is only "graphic", but the 30.000 line of token (only for flag) still remain.
