We already build dev packages ... now we also need release versions.

Jenkins did it with: aegir_jenkins_scripts/jenkins-debian-build -k jenkins@ci.aegirproject.org -u -t $JENKINS_AEGIR_TAG

In the release.sh I now wipe two lines which set a special dev version string in the gitlab-ci.yml ... that should be all.

3.11-Beta3 seems to be build OK. docs update in https://github.com/aegir-project/documentation/pull/41
