After the 8.3 update, I am getting an extra <>
on my page as shown in https://db.tt/w9MpZu8RAR
The <> appears just below a views slideshow block, but remains displayed even if the block is disabled.
How do I track down where this extra <> is coming down.
The page is made entirely with blocks, and disabling the blocks below the <> does nothing. I.e., the <> remains.

first thing I'd do is change themes in a development environment. If the issue continues, then you can start looking at the theme. If not, then it's something coded outside the theme.
Not in themes
It remains when I switch themes. But the theme I am using (ZURB Foundation) uses no main-content block in it. When I put the core main-content block left offscreen, the <> disappeared. It seems to me that this is a bug.
