I have a development version of the Open Atrium Distribution which is built on Drupal 7

Both are updated to this date!
Drupal 7.54
OpenAtrium (openatrium-7.x-2.614)

I do not know if this involves Views, Panels (Panelizer), Templates, Pages, Entities, or what, but I am able to format a User Profile under the Dashboard function for the admin which includes the Profile Fields I have added in the Profile Fields.

I looked at Page Manager but don't even have a clue where to start with that!

However there seems to be two views (I guess is the term) for the User Profile. One is what the User sees of their own info once authenticated (Dashboard) root/user/1/view and the other is a public view which is set up with a different panel configuration (This is the one when the another user clicks on the member's name link, and the one I would like to modify) root/users/leslie-j-smith.

Many nodes and spaces can be "Cloned" and set up as "Blueprints" etc. but this option does not appear to be available with the User Profile.

Ultimately I am hoping to set up the Member Profile page to include tabs to divide the information such as Bio, Resume, Photos, Social Presence etc. (or even better in a slider) -- This simulates what I saw in the Profiles 2 Module which as I understand it is integrated into D7

I have searched my fingers off here on Drupal, Open Atrium, and the net in general and cannot find a tutorial, how to, or any other help on this subject...

Can anyone point me to how to do this?

I am sorry but I had greater expectations from the Drupal Community!!

This post has been up for some time with not even a "We don't understand your question", or "what you are asking for is not possible", or "go find another platform, this one's not for you..."

Is anyone with some knowledge out there? Or anyone who has overcome the same (or a similar) learning curve experience?

Looking forward to ANY reply!

Have a nice day!
