Good afternoon
While testing this distribution, we experience that we can not recover any backups of the site. When trying so, the website goes back to the original website, and all of the blocks, pages and texts we made and pictures we uploaded, are lost.
What do we do wrongly?

- Try to create separate backups for "Default Database" and "Public Files Directory", download them and restore.
- Try to open downloaded archive of database, sometimes it might be broken. If so, go to "Advanced Backup" and set "Compression" dropdown to "No Compression". Do that only for database backup!
If it doesn't solve that issue then the problem is on your side. It might be a server config, your settings etc.
