I have 2 IMCE profiles one for standard users and another for webmasters/admins.

Some of my users have 2 roles (webmaster and staff), I would like the webmasters to have unrestricted access and staff to be restricted. Users that have both roles set end up with the restricted profile.

Is there anything I can do about this?

You can re-order roles at /admin/people/roles so that "webmaster" stays under "staff" and gets the desired profile
