Doesn't seem to install correctly

Hi,

This module seems to be exactly what I'm looking for but it doesn't appear to install correctly.

I don't get any errors during installation but when I create my first Gallery, I don't get any option to upload images after I save the node. I notice that there are no relationships created in Configure > Node gallery.

Am I doing something wrong?
