Some of the staff drupal user profile pages show the "Drupal Association Organization Member" badge - but anybody who has edited their profile more recently has the badge removed.

I think this may be because we renamed the organization name from "Ixis IT" to simply "Ixis" ?

Name of company and company name on personal profile has to match.
