I'm having problems with anon users getting a 403 on nodes since updating to 8.x-1.0-alpha7.

This is so far proving to be partially resolved by rebuilding node access permissions. (The bits that aren't working after that might be particular to my site, still investigating...)

This should be mentioned in the release notes.
