Looking at the update information for the module it shows it's still marked as a 'security' release.

NickDickinsonWildeThat's showing security as an empty key and not under release 3.8. I'm not sure why/what that means, I've never noticed it before. I'll see if I can figure that out

Stephen OllmanThanks! We have an in-house Drupal module monitoring system that flags a site when there are updates available. Yellow for normal update, Red for security. Its been working correctly for years, until the latest release of Views Slideshow which now shows as red indicating that 7.x-3.8 is a security release. No other update module are doing this, they show as yellow.

NickDickinsonWildeCould you rerun that monitor?
If still an issue... is that using the xml feed at for example: https://updates.drupal.org/release-history/views_slideshow/7.x as the source?
Also if still an issue, are there any other modules you're monitoring that have had releases lately?
(I've found nothing so far unfortunately)

NickDickinsonWildeConsidering this outdated, releasing a new release later. Re-open if it is still an issue, thanks.
