Forgot to mention that this is a pair of #2862746: Add documentation to EntityFieldStorageConfig destination plugin. The examples of this and that goes hand in hand so these two patches should be preferably be committed at the same time.

Changed the first line of class description so that we use field_config config entity type id. Also added a clarification that bundles are content types in the context of node entities.
