The 2 that have not changed are
https://github.com/jquery/jquery/blob/1.10.2/jquery.min.map
https://github.com/jshint/jshint/blob/2.9.4/dist/jshint.js
All others use the v prefix. I'll have to keep an eye on these as I have a feeling this can change in the future.
