Unnecessary call to token_info() in ctools_context_entity_convert()

Problem/Motivation

I just stumbled over a call to token_info() in ctools_context_entity_convert().
From what I currently see the call seems unnecessary as the created variable $tokens isn't used anywhere and to my knowledge a priming of the tokens before calling token_generate() isn't necessary.

Proposed resolution

Remove the call. Unless someone knows a reason why to keep it :)
