ForumForm and ContainerForm forms are rendered using wrong texts

Problem/Motivation

The ForumForm and ContainerForms are rendered using wrong texts. The form builder for both of these forms is supposed to override the default texts from the TermForm. For some reason, none of these the text improvements supposed to help users are not visible in the UI.

These are accessible from URL's:

• /admin/structure/forum/add/forum
• /admin/structure/forum/add/container

Steps to reproduce

• Open forum form
• Confirm that the name field doesn't have description, and the title is Name instead of Forum name
