In Panopoly 1.x for Drupal 7, we had a WYSIWYG button to add the teaser break (ie. <!--break-->) to the content, but there doesn't appear to be such a thing for Drupal 8 yet. This was super useful and we should implement it! We could start it as part of panopoly_wysiwyg, but it should probably be spun out as a separate module.
