Update to DomPDF 0.8 and mistake on bug "fixed" in the current release [#2859939]

In the last release i think ther is an error in the resolution of this bug https://www.drupal.org/node/2766307.

Updating to the last release 0.8 of DomPDF the double ".pdf" extension is automatically solved, because the bug was there.

Do you plan to not support current release of DomPDF ?

I'm really worried about the support of Commerce Billy module, I use it in production and I cannot update anymore because of this mistakes.

Please revert this commit https://www.drupal.org/node/2766307 and test against DomPDF 0.8.

@cockers: Yes I can, and I did, but i'm concerned by the develpment of Commerce Billy module.

@djpable - I just created a patch to add the .pdf back in. I can post it if that is an easier workflow.
