Problem/Motivation

Enable Web Profiler module.

Visit the Performance page: admin/config/development/performance

Clear the cache.

Note that Web Profiler has errored out and left this message at the bottom of the page: "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

Repeat for any page... Open the page, clear the cache from another tab, reload the first page and see the error.

Which versions of devel and core are you using? with which cache backend?
