I ran a migration today from d6 with i18n to d8, using Migrate UI.

I saw several errors similar to this in the dblog:

Notice: Undefined index: d6_i18n_user_settings in Drupal\migrate_drupal_ui\Form\MigrateUpgradeForm->buildConfirmForm() (line 1046 of /opt/www/d8migrate/core/modules/migrate_drupal_ui/src/Form/MigrateUpgradeForm.php)

Sorry about the duplicate. I did search for issues containing "MigrateUpdateForm undefined index" in Drupal Core migration system before I filed this issue. Not sure ... oh, that issue didn't have the error message in it. No wonder.
