wysiwyg tab disappear

I use wysiwyg module with ckeditor plugin for it.

How to get the problem:
Click reply comment button, then click replay comment button near another comment, click replay button for previous comment => comment form now don't have ckeditor tab.

I test it in clear drupal installation with bootstrap theme. Modules: jquery_update, wysiwyg, ajax_comments, libraries, views.
