Add "element" to list of available variables in default twig templates

I'm attempting to theme a field group, and I need access to the field data of the fields inside it. This data is already contained in the "element" variable in the twig theme, but the variable isn't documented. It would be helpful for theming purposes if the variable were listed under the available variables in the documentation comment in the default twig themes.
