We have developed a several webforms that talk to one another for a group of physicians. Scenario: A patient fills out a health history questionnaire and once complete, the patient's submission shows up in the Medical Assistants (MA) view to let them know the patient has completed the health history webform. The MA then opens a different webform to enter the patients vitals, however information from the health history questionnaire gets populated into the vital form. What we are trying to figure out is: how do we hide the original health history webform view once the MA submits the vitals webform? Because they are two different webforms, as well as two different users, we are struggling with what direction to take this. Please advise.
