The documentation should make it clear that after enabling this (excellent) module, one needs to disable to toolbar item in core, or one has a duplicate at the top that is a real pain. Obvious once one figures out why - but newcomers to Drupal may struggle and be frustrated.

You don't have to disable Core's Toolbar module, only if you want all authorized users to get the Admin Menu Toolbar.

In a current project, I have the use case, that the Admin Menu Toolbar should only be accessible to certain user roles, while all other authorized users should only see Core's Toolbar. However, this leads to the situation, that the former user group will have two toolbars. Is there a way to prevent showing Core's Toolbar if Admin Menu Toolbar is visible? (Without disabling the Core module, that is.)
