Issues after file entity update

1) Lost link on Schedules editing

To reproduce:
Go to /node/7/edit (edit location CT )
And press "edit" next to schedules PDF block
Note that links are lost to pdfs (but it was a way to replace those files with fresh pdf schedules)

1.1) Same is happening for Location editors
When they go to edit block from their dashboard

2) Can't add new PDF
Given I clicked "Edit" next to PDF schedules
And I want to add another pdf file
And I click Add new
And I select file
And press "Save"
But new file doesn't appear (form just closed)
