Hi i am new in drupal cms . Any work can work help me how to make article region? i have search many about this but not found any solution .

Only local images are allowed.

You should always show the whole screen in screenshots, when you crop you hide valuable information.

What you show is Display Suite, on the Manage Display tab for a content type. You have to know the layout (see the display suite settings below the field display settings) and locate the matching template, but I don't think that layout is a DS layout because it has a Top region, could be some other module or theme that has DS or Panels layouts (such as Adpativetheme).

hi thanks for your reply, yes it is paid theme but if i want to make this type of region then i can or not ?? is it more experience work ?

It's a DS or Panels layout, so you have to create one of those, and yes it's for more experienced themers.
