\Drupal\Core\EventSubscriber\DefaultExceptionSubscriber (service ID: exception.default) was renamed to \Drupal\Core\EventSubscriber\FinalExceptionSubscriber (service ID: exception.final).

The rename is purely for clarification. This is technically a BC break, but event subscribers are never intended to be used directly: https://www.drupal.org/core/d8-bc-policy#paramconverters.
