Update mergevar values batch operations are generating many PHP messages:

Warning : Missing argument 4 for _mailchimp_lists_mergevars_populate(), called in /var/www/sites/all/modules/contrib/mailchimp/modules/mailchimp_lists/mailchimp_lists.module on line 457 and defined dans _mailchimp_lists_mergevars_populate() (ligne 368 dans /var/www/sites/all/modules/contrib/mailchimp/modules/mailchimp_lists/mailchimp_lists.module).

Notice : Undefined variable: list_id dans _mailchimp_lists_mergevars_populate() (ligne 369 dans /var/www/sites/all/modules/contrib/mailchimp/modules/mailchimp_lists/mailchimp_lists.module).

I'm facing exactly to the same issue and your patch #3 solved it! Thanks
It is still missing this fix even in the latest dev version 2017-Mar-28

P.S. This should be IMHO also solved #2863240.
