I want to include Text Resize in my website. I tried adding Text Resize module but it doesnot work for Marinelli theme. Only few of the content is resized but not the entire website. Kindly help me with this.

Hi Gayathri T,

This module currently works out-of-the-box for Bartik, Garland, and Zen Starterkit themes. In order to get it working for other themes, please follow the directions on the Text Resize administration page.
I would recommend against including this functionality on your site. Re-sizing text is best handled by browsers and assistive technology. Check out this discussion: https://groups.drupal.org/node/85254
