Once you select as first option "Ask client for location via HTML5 geolocation API." the client position should be showed in the map. I think that you can add a option to decide if you want to see or not the cliente position in the map.

there is already a small animation of circle fading out, that shows the accuracy of the position. Does that not work for you?

ChristianAdamski CreditAttribution: ChristianAdamski as a volunteer and at Wolters Kluwer commentedI'm clsing this in favor of #2856455: The map is not show when you use the client location.. When that is handled, this one should be resolved as well. If not you can reopen it.

adriancidThanks for the other patch, works great. Now I can see the circle, but the problem I only see it a few seconds in the page and after disappear (fade out). Can we have all the time the circle visible in the map? Sometimes the circle disappear to fast and I can't see it and is better if always we can know where is our position.

adriancidI think that you should show always the current position in the map. Maybe this is not the best solution but with this patch you can see always the client position in the map.
Will be better if we can have an option to show or not and even better if we can Set a custom marker to show the client position in the map.
By the way I want to congrats you by the great work that you made with this module ;-)

Also closing this as duplicate of #2857435: Set a custom marker to show the client position in the map.
