This issue arises when we try to rewrite filters in case of taxonomy vocabulary select list with hierarchy.

Here goes a patch which solves this issue. Not sure if we can make it more generic.

This was fixed as part of #2666540: Rewrites do not work for taxonomy filters (D8-only).
