I think I am using Drupal 7. Using News Center theme at la1news.com. Anyway, I have unique IP addresses viewing articles I publish numerous times per minute. I think it is the writer and his or her friends refreshing the article over and over again to increase the number of views and make their way to the Most Viewed Stories Top Seven. How can I limit the number of views to once per IP address? I think there is a way but I forgot. I already know how to block IP addresses but that is time consuming. I encourage advice on a module to install but would rather just do it through the admin tab is that is possible. Thanks.

Basically you need some sort
Basically you need some sort of "flood control", so if the page gets viewed X number of times in X number of minutes the IP gets a temporary block, or something like that.
