Greetings,

i've created a subtheme, everything looks good but for some reason the subtheme has the Panelizer options floating on the top of the page (see screenshot attached).

If anyone can lend some insight into why this may be happening and how to correct it I would appreciate it.

I was able to resolve this issue - it was the result of a incorrect stylesheet filename - correcting the filename solved the issue.
