I haven't investigated why the settings are missing, but because of some missing settings I get the following notices:

Notice: Undefined index: mobile_only in template_preprocess_oa_responsive_region() (Zeile 56 von profiles/openatrium/modules/contrib/oa_responsive_regions/plugins/styles/oa_responsive_region/oa_responsive_region.inc).
Notice: Undefined index: fixed in template_preprocess_oa_responsive_region() (Zeile 63 von profiles/openatrium/modules/contrib/oa_responsive_regions/plugins/styles/oa_responsive_region/oa_responsive_region.inc).
Notice: Undefined index: expand_always in template_preprocess_oa_responsive_region() (Zeile 66 von /profiles/openatrium/modules/contrib/oa_responsive_regions/plugins/styles/oa_responsive_region/oa_responsive_region.inc).

This is easily fixed with some !empties, just like already done for the hidden setting.
