The XML file that allows Drush and other tools to download this module automagically is currently broken. I suspect this is an issue with the Drupal release system, and not with your module, but I figured I should raise this here anyway. The file is at the following URL, and the broken URLs all have "public://" at the start of them (it may just be the 7.x-1.0 release).

This was related to some updates that were made to the release xml yesterday by Drupal Association staff, and as such, not in the hands of the module maintainers at all. All projects were affected.

Closing as a duplicate of the other issues we have open on this.

https://www.drupal.org/drupalorg/docs/api documents this URL pattern. https://www.drupal.org/files/release-history/heap_analytics/heap_analyti... is not meant to be accessed and will remain outdated since our CDN will hold onto the bad version. Where did you find that URL?
