Our current shipping recalculation is implemented in the ShippingInformation checkout pane, since the shipping profile is the same for all shipments.

Sites wanting to have a shipping profile per shipment will also need a "Recalculate button", which we can implement in the currently unused ShippingProfileWidget. Would also be useful for the admin UI.

We're not going to support shipments with different shipping profiles in the module, for lack of interest and sponsorship. So this issue is not needed.
