After several hours in frustration I managed to install this module in Drupal 8.2.5
And have good use of it together with Views data export.
Today I updated Drupal core to 8.2.6 and all my hours spended on this module now was wasted.
This module is not longer working. It set up an error message: Error: Class 'League\Csv\Writer' not found in Drupal\csv_serialization\Encoder\CsvEncoder->encode() (line 109.......

Any way, this failure shall not appear, when upgrading Drupal core, I think.
