samuel.mortenson@jimconte File Browser doesn't control much of the WYSIWYG embedding process, have you checked to see if this affects other Entity Browsers using Entity Embed?

Adding or editing first link is fine, any subsequent attempt loads full widget url instead of in a modal.
Could it be JavaScript events become unbound for some reason?
