I'm using the "Alternative" skin. When editing a node, the left margin remains set at 265px when using the "mobile" settings, and the right padding is off.

Adding "body.adminimal-skin-alternative div.vertical-tabs .vertical-tabs-panes," at line 171 fixes the left margin.

Adding "padding-right: 0;" at line 175 fixes the padding.

I'll be creating & attaching a patch shortly.
