Remove call to drupal_uninstall_schema() [#2852708]

As of Drupal 7, a call to drupal_uninstall_schema() is no longer necessary. See https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/converting-drupal-6-modules-to-drupal-7/co... "A module no longer should explicitly install or uninstall its database schema in hook_install() or hook_uninstall()."
