The patch applies cleanly but need more details to check whats the issue and after that what will be the changes.
Because after patch i cannot see any changes.

To check and see the result you have to authorize on your local site and then go to the settings page
/admin/appearance/settings/mayo
There under the 'Style settings' and 'Advanced Heade Settings' you shall see the misprints corrected (if you applied patch) or not (if you don't).
