Include node details in order confirmation email

Is there any way to include the node details in the order confirmation email?

For example:
I created a help wanted section on my site. When a user creates a new ad, I would like to include the title and body of the Help Wanted Ad user created.

Currently, I am only able to access details related to the order (order number, order total, billing address, etc).
