Prefill form when adding new version

When adding a new document version, the different form fields (title, legal body text, acceptance label) have to be entered again.
However for our use case (and I think most use cases), it is desired that a new version of a legal document starts from the current published version. This will avoid unwanted inconsistencies between versions.
