Custom permission for switcher

I'd like to request a custom permission so that I could allow my authenticated users to see the indicator bar, but not see the switcher button. It would be helpful if they had the color as the visual cue, but they don't need to see "Production - Master."

The module's great! I inherited a site that's using it and I just realized that the switcher tells you which branch you're on!
