No settings available

Hi!,

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I'm currently using Delta on a Bootstrap Template (https://www.drupal.org/project/bootstrap).
I know that this module is commonly used with omega but, does it work with any other template?

I can't configure anything in my new layout because there is nothing to configure (see screenshot).
I enabled my theme in admin/appearance/delta and created my new layout but there is nothing to configure in admin/appearance/delta/layouts when I try to access to admin/appearance/delta/layouts/configure/testdelta

I've enabled context layouts and cleaned the cache with no luck.

What am I doing wrong?
