Ecoxarxes administrators should be able to view any user's information.

At this moment does not allow to see it.

But you can edit them.

As a normal user I can't see any user information (no offers, no wants) from another user in another Ecoxarxes. So for this I increased priority to "Major".

Changing this issue from bug to feature request as this needs validation of the community of users about inter-exchange privacy, an a good definition of which data can be shown. Changing the issue title to be more precise.
