Karthons CreditAttribution: Karthons as a volunteer commentedMaybe I have the same issue:
When I import nodes with a taxonomy term field that is empty or not matching an existing one, all taxonomy list of that vocabulary gets deleted.
Steps to reproduce: import node with wrong taxonomy term.
Expected result: No import should take place for that row.
What happens: Import takes place, taxonomies of that vocabulary get deleted.
How to fix that issue: make sure the imported nodes have a correct taxonomy value.

mikeryanNothing here to do with migrate_plus as far as I can see.
@ghyjek: Can you provide some details? There's not much to go on here...
@Karthons: That doesn't sound related - please open a separate issue describing exactly how you're performing the migration.
