Change default state of checkbox Shipping identical to Billing

Hello and thanks for this module. Could you please advice me on how to change the functionality of the checkbox default state (Billing is the same as Shipping Address), so that the default state is that the fields are opened and visible. Then when checking the checkbox the fields are hidden?
