Hello there,

do we have any possibility to create multiple nodes at once in Drupal 8?

A perfect way - https://www.drupal.org/project/bulk_file_nodes - is not ported to D8.

I'd like to migrate from 7 to 8 with my site, where every image is also a node with description, taxonomy, etc.

Why are you trying to migrate a D7 site to D8 right now?

Currently D8 just isn't ready to migrate existing large sites.

What would you accomplish by doing so, other than give yourself a giant headache?

In Drupal 8, images are entities and a re fieldable. No need ot make them nodes. You can also use the media module to import and create them in bulk.

I would also agree with sprite, upgrading from d7 to d8 is not worth it yet. That's an uphill battle that is unnecessary unless there is something in D8 you are not getting in 7.
